nRole Overview
nAs a Senior Admission Counsellor (Admission Profiler), you will play a critical role in connecting with prospective learners,



understanding their career aspirations, qualifying their requirements, and creating interest in upGrad's programs.
NYou will act as the firstpoint of contact for learners and facilitate their journey by scheduling Video Counselling (VC) sessions with our Admission Counsellors.

- Engage with assigned leads through the auto-dialer system. N
- Qualify leads by understanding their learning requirements, eligibility, and career goals. N
- Build robust rapport and trust through effective communication and active listening. N
- Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors. N
- Coordinate seamlessly between learners and counsellors to ensure a smooth admission journey. N
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. N
- Achieve individual productivity and revenue targets. N
