NField Service Engineer for East Location (Bhubaneshwar)
NYour role and responsibilities

- n
- Responsible for the installation and set-up of whole Elementar product group: high temperature combustion analyzer for non-metallic elements (C, H, N, O, S) for TOC-water and N-protein analysis. N
- Offering technical consultation and support to our customers N




- Providing service and maintenance for the mentioned products as well as technical customer training courses in office or at the customer's premises (Online / Offline) N
- Keeping track of maintenance contracts (AMC's), encouraging users to accept AMC proposal and maintaining valuable relationship with the users. N

nWhat is required for this role?

- n
- You should have aDegree/ Diploma in a scientific or relevant engineering subject or equivalent N
- You should have minimum2-3 years of experience in installation and set-up of analytical instruments preferably elemental analysers. N
- A structured and solution-oriented approach is a matter of course for you N
- You should be able to work independently and be self-motivated and you should also persuade with your strong customer and service orientation N
- You shall be fluent in English N
- You are experienced to work with a CRM system and the MS Office Applications N
- Having a driving
