n N Prior experience in Business Development/Sales within US Healthcare RCM or Medical Billing is mandatory.
N nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business.
N nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling RCM, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Management, Credentialing, Denial Management, or related healthcare services to US healthcare providers.
N n Key Responsibilities
N
- Manage qualified opportunities generated by the Lead Generation team and independently develop current opportunities.
N
- Conduct discovery callswith physicians, practice owners, practice managers, administrators, and other healthcare decision-makers.
N
- Understand prospects' existing billing processes, pain points, payer mix, collections challenges, and RCM requirements.
N




- Present appropriate RCMsolutions and communicate the business value to prospective clients.
N
- Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and service agreements.
N
- Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and the complete sales cycle through closure.
N
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activities in the CRM.
N
- Work closely with the RCM Delivery/Operations team during solution design, onboarding, and handover.
N
- Consistently achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
N n Who Should Apply

- 3+ years of Business Development/Sales experience, including demonstrable experience in US
N n Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing .
N
- Strong understanding ofthe US healthcare provider ecosystem and RCM sales process.
N
- Proven experience selling to physicians, medical practices, clinics, or healthcare groups in the US.

- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation, negotiation,
