NWe are looking for a high-performing Account Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition and expand strategic accounts. The role demands deep expertise in professional staffing and IT solutions sales, coupled with the ability to build and scale long-term client relationships.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Knack of identifying, engaging with leaders and opening new GCC accounts N
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and consultative selling N
- "Walk the floor" – To create regular touch points with the GCC stakeholders to establish new relations and pockets for business & scale revenue N

- Create proactive pitches to develop a strong funnel N
- Build and expand clientrelationships within IT services and professional services ecosystems N
- Manage & grow existing customer relationship N
- Own end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure N
- Identify opportunities across professional staffing and IT solutions offerings N




- Accountable for accountplanning, forecasting, and revenue predictability N

- Partner with delivery, consulting, and pre‐sales teams to ensure high CSAT and NPS N

- Lead QBRs,executive governance forums, and long‐term roadmap discussions N
