About the Role NRevspot is hiring experienced real estate sales professionals to sell premium residential properties in Bengaluru.
NOur pre-sales team will provide qualified buyer leads and scheduled site visits. You will personally own the customer from sales handover through project consultation, site visit, follow-up, negotiation and booking.
NThis is an individual-contributor sales role with clear monthly booking targets.

- Understand each buyer's budget, preferred location, configuration, purchase timeline and decision criteria. N
- Recommend suitable residential projects and inventory based on the buyer's requirements. N
- Conduct project presentations and manage property site visits. N
- Explain project details, pricing, cost sheets, payment plans, possession timelines and the booking process. N
- Compare relevant projects and help buyers make an informed purchase decision. N
- Handle objections related to pricing,



location, developer, project and competing properties. N
- Follow up consistently with buyers and family decision-makers. N
- Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory availability, commercial discussions and documentation. N
- Negotiate effectively and drive customers through token payment and booking. N
- Update every customer interaction, sales stage and next action accurately in the CRM. N
- Achieve monthly bookingand sales targets. N

Candidate Requirementsn

- 3–8 years of hands-on residential real estate sales experience. N
- Experience working witha real estate developer or established channel partner. N
- Proven experience conducting site visits and personally closing property bookings. N
- Experience selling residential properties priced at ₹1 crore and above. N
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru's residential projects and micro-markets. N
