- Technical Accounting/Bookkeeping skills – Australian KPO experience is preferred N
- Spoken and written English communication skills are preferred N
- Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is an advantage but not necessary N

nRoles and Responsibilities:

- n
- Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactions N
- Processing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills) N
- Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner N
- Coordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arises N
- Creating and posting month end journals N
- Undertaking month-end close and review N
- Monthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clients N




- Onboarding recent clients,including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staff N

nCommunication & other Skills:

- Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantage N
- High degree of accuracyand attention to detail N
- Customer service driven(you think of solutions to problems) N
- Experience with popularsoftware used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Online N
