About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth through international selling, lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion.
The individual will be responsible for executing business development strategies, creating and managing a robust sales pipeline, converting qualified leads, and enabling overall sales success.
The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and hands-on experience in international B2B sales. Exposure to B2B marketing and Accounting & Finance services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute business development strategies to generate and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Drive cold calling and lead generation activities across international markets.




- Identify and qualify prospective clients through networking, internet research, databases, and other lead-generation methods.
- Engage with qualified leads using appropriate communication and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the benefits, services, and associated costs of the offerings.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers and projects.
- Support the senior sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
