nAsa Manager – Client Acquisition at IndiaMART, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals dedicated to direct B2B client acquisition. You will play a crucial role in expanding IndiaMART's market presence by acquiring new clients, enhancing team performance, and driving sustained business growth.

- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales executives, ensuring high productivity and efficiency N
- Plan and execute strategies for current client acquisition aligned with company goals N
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team development N
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team motivation and field planning N




- Oversee sales support functions to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements N
- Implement sales promotion schemes and monitor their effectiveness N
- Identify challenges andopportunities, take corrective actions, and drive revenue growth N
- Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes, documentation standards, and CRM usage N
