- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Arrange, display, and restock products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Assist in opening and closing the outlet.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support the team in achieving daily sales and service targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate (preferred).
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
