3. Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HMV).
4. Expertise in operating Transit Mixer Trucks and other heavy commercial vehicles.
5. Good knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
6. Patience, discipline, and the ability to drive safely for long hours.
7. Basic communication skills in Tamil for coordinating with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Plant Staff.
8. Ability to maintain trip sheets, delivery challans, logbooks, and fuel records.
9. Ensure vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, Permit, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate) are valid and updated.
10. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
11. Ensure timely and safe delivery of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) to construction sites without delay or material loss.
12. Maintain cleanliness of the transit mixer drum and vehicle after each trip.
13. Follow all safety procedures while loading, transporting, and unloading concrete.
14. Coordinate with the batching plant and site team to ensure smooth concrete delivery operations.
