We're seeking a results-driven Collection Executive to join our team. The salary for this position ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery: Recover outstanding debts from clients, using effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Client Communication: Build relationships with clients, understand their payment issues, and provide solutions.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, update records, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on collection activities, payment trends, and outstanding debts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
