1. Goods Receiving & InspectionReceive incoming shipments from vendors/suppliers.
Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues.
2. Documentation & Data EntryRecord all inbound transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
Maintain proper documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and delivery challans.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
3. Inventory ManagementEnsure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of goods.
Update stock records and maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.
4. CoordinationCoordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or returns.
Work closely with outbound team for smooth operations.

Storage & Space ManagementOrganize warehouse space efficiently for easy access and safety.
Follow FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) principles where applicable.
6. Compliance & SafetyFollow warehouse safety standards and company policies.
Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma in any field (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (freshers may apply for entry-level roles).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
