Position: Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial coding & marking printers.

- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance at customer locations.

- Handle customer service calls and provide technical support.

- Attend breakdown and emergency service requirements.

- Conduct machine demonstrations and basic customer training.

- Maintain service reports and customer records.

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic troubleshooting preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Bangalore and nearby areas.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
