Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review including

production reports, sales reports, inventory status,

• Update ERP or company software with accurate operational data related to stock

movement, production entries, dispatch details, and purchase information.

• Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, filters,





and charts to analyze company data and generate meaningful insights. -

• Maintain stock-related records and assist in preparing inventory reports

• Share MIS reports through email and maintain skilled communication with internal

departments regarding data requirements and report submissions.

SKILLS:

• Google Sheets and MS Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH,

and IMPORTRANGE.

• Proficiency in using Pivot Tables, Filter, and data validation techniques. Data Cleaning

and Data Formatting

• Functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Basic knowledge of Google Apps

Script (GAS) and SQL to understand and support existing system workflows.
