Job Description:We are looking for reliable, responsible, and hardworking Delivery Riders to join the Zepto delivery team across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for picking up grocery and daily-need orders from assigned Zepto stores and delivering them safely and on time to customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Pick up customer orders from the assigned Zepto store/dark store.
- Deliver grocery and essential items safely and on time.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage or leakage.
- Use the Zepto Delivery App and GPS for order management and navigation.
- Collect payments from customers when required.
- Update delivery status through the app.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Eligibility:Minimum age: 18 years
- Valid Driving License
- Own bike/scooter
- Android smartphone with internet connection
- Basic knowledge of GPS/navigation
- Responsible and punctual attitude
