Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Publishing & Corporate Gifting

Job Summary : Benchmark Prints is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across our Publishing and Corporate Gifting divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate new business from educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government bodies.

Candidates with prior experience in the Publishing, Printing, Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, or Packaging industry will be given preference.

This role involves frequent travel across Delhi NCR and other cities to meet clients, conduct presentations, and close business opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, schools, educational institutions, corporate companies, and government organizations.
- Promote and sell our publishing solutions, printed products, and customized corporate gifting offerings.
- Identify recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring consistent business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of client orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.




- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Travel extensively within Delhi NCR and to other cities whenever required.
- Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Candidates with experience in Publishing, Printing, Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Packaging, or a similar industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.
- Preferred SkillsExisting network within educational institutions, corporate organizations, or government departments.
- Experience handling institutional sales, corporate accounts, and government tenders is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
