- Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio and other marketplaces.
- Supervise the e-commerce team and assign daily tasks.
- Monitor orders, sales, returns, cancellations and inventory.
- Ensure products, pricing, offers and listings are updated correctly.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales and customer support teams.
- Identify sales issues and take quick corrective action.
- Maintain team discipline, productivity and target achievement.
- Use Excel/MIS for reporting and analysis.
