Job SummaryResponsible for supervising restroom cubicle partition installation and other site activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site installation activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and site engineers.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and measurements.
- Check material received at site and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Monitor quality, alignment, finishing, dimensions, and installation accuracy.
- Coordinate with the factory/office for material requirements and site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure work is completed within the given project schedule.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper use of tools, hardware, and installation materials.




- Follow site safety rules and ensure workers maintain protected working practices.
- Take site measurements and provide accurate updates when required.
- Coordinate final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, interiors, modular furniture, partitions, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of site measurements and installation work.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand dimensions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete work within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely completion of projects.
- Installation quality and finishing.
