Position: Outbound Sales Executive / Sales Agent

Process: Australian Outbound Sales

Location: Chandigarh – Work From Office

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month + Very Attractive Performance-Based Commissions

About the Role

We are looking for high-energy, target-driven Outbound Sales Agents who are genuinely passionate about sales and confident in making a high volume of cold calls.

This is a pure sales and target-oriented role. We are looking for professionals who are comfortable making 250+ outbound calls per day, handling rejection, overcoming objections, and consistently converting conversations into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 250+ outbound calls per day to Australian customers.
- Engage prospects confidently and identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver a strong and professional sales pitch over the phone.
- Handle objections effectively and turn challenging conversations into opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build rapport quickly with Australian customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain high-quality conversations while managing a high volume of calls.
- Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work aggressively toward individual and team revenue targets.
- Continuously improve conversion rates, call quality, and sales performance.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience in a target-based outbound sales / cold-calling role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable making 250+ calls per day.
- Excellent English speaking and listening skills – this is non-negotiable.
- Strong international communication skills with clear, confident and professional spoken English.




- Excellent objection handling and closing skills.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
- High energy, confidence, competitiveness, and a strong sales-driven attitude.
- Willingness to work from the office and follow the Australian process timings.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with any of the following experience will have a significant advantage:

- Experience working with Australian customers.
- Experience in an Australian outbound sales process.
- Experience in Private Health Insurance / Health Insurance sales.
