Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Hypermarket Associate to support day-to-day store operations, assist customers, maintain product displays, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, prices, offers, and availability.
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves according to company standards.
- Ensure proper product display, labeling, pricing, and merchandising.
- Check product expiry dates, damaged products, and stock conditions.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, counting, and arranging incoming stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, aisles, counters, and assigned areas.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist customers with product selection and handle basic customer queries.
- Support billing/cash counter operations when required.
- Ensure products are properly packed and handed over to customers.
- Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Help maintain a safe and organized shopping environment.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and seasonal displays.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

- Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- 0–2 years of retail/hypermarket experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.

- Proper shelf arrangement and product availability.
