ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned and commercially driven business leader to spearhead Movate DCX's growth across the US region. This is a senior leadership opportunity designed for a sales-led business builder who has successfully driven both current logo acquisition and strategic account expansion within the BPO, CX, Digital Operations, and Managed Services landscape.
With 15+ years of industry experience, the leader will drive revenue growth, own regional business performance, build executive client relationships, lead strategic pursuits, and position Movate DCX as the preferred transformation partner for Customer Experience, Digital Operations, AI-led Services, and Managed Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Leadership & Revenue Growth
• Own and grow APAC revenue, bookings, pipeline, margin, and business expansion targets.
• Define and execute a multi-year regional growth strategy across CX, BPO, Digital Operations, Trust & Safety, Technical Support, AI-led Services, and Managed Services.




• Drive a balanced Hunter and Farmer motion by acquiring net-new enterprise clients while expanding strategic accounts.
• Lead large transformational pursuits from market identification, prospecting, solution shaping, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
New Logo Acquisition / Hunter Motion
• Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across priority APAC markets and verticals.
• Build CXO-level relationships with decision makers, transformation leaders, procurement stakeholders, and business sponsors.
• Position Movate DCX around CX transformation, AI-powered operations, digital customer engagement, contact center modernization, and managed services.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and deal-win strategies for complex outsourcing engagements.
Strategic Account Expansion / Farmer Motion
• Develop and execute account growth plans for existing strategic customers across APAC.
