NAccounts & Inventory Executive (Zoho ERP User)
NLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai
NExperience: 3–6 years
NSalary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month
NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, inventory records, and ERP operations for our growing distribution business dealing in LED TVs, solar panels, batteries, inverters, and other electronic products.
NThe ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting and inventory processes and should be comfortable working with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar ERP systems. The person will play a key role in helping the organization adopt Zoho-based processes and improve operational efficiency.
NKey Responsibilities
nAccounts & Finance

- Manage daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. N
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliations. N
- Track accounts receivable, payable, and customer outstanding balances. N




- Coordinate with the external CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. N
- Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS. N

nInventory & Operations

- Manage inventory records through Zoho ERP and ensure accuracy of stock movement. N
- Coordinate with the Latur warehouse team regarding inward, outward, stock availability, and dispatch documentation. N
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, tax invoices, and delivery challans. N
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation between physical inventory and ERP records. N
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or slow-moving inventory. N

nERP & Process Management

- Operate Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related applications. N
- Understand existing workflows and suggest improvements. N
- Assist management and external Zoho consultants in ERP setup, customization, and implementation. N
