NAbout the Role
nThis is a sales-first clinical coordination role.
NWe are looking for a GNM-qualified nurse with practical experience in IV cannulation, infusion therapy, phlebotomy and blood sample collection.
NThe candidate will drive client acquisition, conversions and revenue while using strong nursing knowledge and clinical confidence to build trust with clients.




NThe ideal candidate must be capable of answering health-related questions accurately, explaining Lyxaa's protocols clearly and guiding clients without relying entirely on a fixed sales script.
NThe Clinical Care Coordinator will administer IV nutrition and infusion therapies, perform blood collection and sample handling, and manage front-office operations, billing, appointment coordination, telecalling and client follow-ups.
NPerformance will be measured through revenue generated, clients onboarded, appointments closed and lead conversion rates, in addition to the quality and safety of clinical services provided.
