Job DescriptionAbout the Role NWe're looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive / Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing marketing-generated leads until they are ready for product demonstrations.
NThis role serves as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring every lead is engaged, qualified, and progressed efficiently through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organised, and confident engaging enterprise prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn while building meaningful relationships that drive conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification N

- Engage marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, website enquiries, referrals, gated content, and other demand generation initiatives. N
- Qualify prospects basedon Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), business requirements, buying intent, and chance potential. N
- Convert raw leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through structured qualification processes. N
- Identify high-potentialopportunities and prioritise follow-ups accordingly. N
Lead Nurturingn

- Design and execute structured follow-up sequences across calls, emails, and LinkedIn. N
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent and personalised engagement. N
- Handle initial objections, educate prospects on FreightFox's value proposition, and nurture them until they are ready for a discovery conversation. N
- Maintain regular touchpoints to ensure no qualified lead is left unattended. N
Pipeline Managementn
- N
- Own the progression of leads from Lead → MQL → Demo. N
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Sales team. N
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities with complete prospect context and engagement history. N
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates. N
