NAbout the Role
nWeare seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the AEC industry. N
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. N
- Understand client business objectives and align company solutions accordingly. N
- Develop account plans to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. N
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. N




- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients. N
- Coordinate with projectdelivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. N
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations. N
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and business development plans. N
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. N

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. N
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development. N
- Mandatory experience working with clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry. N
