NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to support our Apple Business (B2B/SMB/Enterprise) sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing Apple-based solutions, and supporting deployments across enterprises and institutions.
NExperience Required

- 3–4 years in Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering N
- Experience with Apple enterprise deployments is mandatory N
- Technical Skillsn
- Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS/iPadOS) N
- Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Apple School Manager N
- MDM platforms: Jamf / Intune / other MDMs N

nBasic understanding of:

- Zero-touch deployment N
- Device enrollment & configuration profiles N
- Application deployment N
- Exposure to Windows / Microsoft Intune / Autopilot is a plus N

- Work closely withsales teams to support enterprise & SMB customers N
- Conduct customer discovery meetings and requirement analysis N
- Design and propose Apple deployment architectures N
- Deliver solution presentations, demos, and PoCs N
- Support ABM setup, MDM integration, and device onboarding N
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution briefs N
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales cycles N
- Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams N
