- Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size)
N
- Manage Account Opening,Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding
N
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management
N
- Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization
N
- Collaborate with globalstakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment
N
- Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs
N
- Build and develop high-performing teams
NKey Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions

- Manage complex operations with solid control frameworks

- Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

NRequired Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experiencein Account Onboarding & Reference Data

- 3+ years of leadership experience

- Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations

- Strong stakeholder management and global exposure

- Expertise in risk management and operational controls

- Willingness to work in night shifts
