About the Role:

Knovatik Tech Vision Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the USA, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality leads for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in International BPO, Sales, Telecalling, and Lead Generation.

- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA using the company dialer.
- Follow the provided calling script and campaign guidelines.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on campaign requirements.
- Generate quality leads and transfer qualified prospects to the verification/sales team.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout every call.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Verifiers, and Quality Analysts to improve performance.
- Maintain good call quality, productivity,



attendance, and punctuality.

- Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with international BPO, telecalling, sales, or lead-generation experience will be preferred.
