? Call and follow up with farmers who enquire about Wegmaan products.

? Understand the farmer's tractor HP, requirement, application and machinery needs.

Recommend the right Rotavator / Agricultural Implement.

Explain product features, advantages, specifications and applications.

Explain product suitability according to tractor HP and usage.

Handle customer questions, doubts and sales objections.

Follow up with interested customers until order confirmation.

Negotiate and assist in closing sales as per company guidelines.

Maintain proper follow-up of pending and interested enquiries.

Update lead status, calls and follow-ups in CRM.

Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams for confirmed orders.

Collect customer feedback and share market information with the Sales Head.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
