- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate a team of Collection Executives/Advisors.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor team productivity, call performance, PTP, conversion, and recovery metrics.
- Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews.
- Track individual team member performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to client processes, collection guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Handle escalations from customers and team members effectively.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Training, Quality, and MIS teams.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and on-floor support.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
- Ensure attendance, login, shrinkage,



and manpower are maintained as per business requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and reduce attrition within the team.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tele Collections / Debt Recovery / Banking Collections.
- Valuable leadership and people-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve business targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong understanding of collection KPIs and performance metrics.
