Job OverviewBaalmitra Kids Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support the recruitment team in hiring Area Sales Managers and Educational Counsellors for our growing education business.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews and coordinating the complete recruitment process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp and local recruitment networks.
- Recruit Area Sales Managers and Educational Counsellors.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary structure and incentives to candidates.
- Schedule interviews with management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Coordinate joining formalities and basic onboarding.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.




- Freshers can apply; HR/recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and organized.
- Prior recruitment experience in sales, education, counselling or field-sales hiring is preferred.

Salary & Growth₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and recruitment skills. Additional incentives can be provided based on successful hiring performance.
