Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Training & Development: Coach team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
- Lead Distribution: Allocate leads strategically to maximize conversion rates and overall team efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report individual and team performance metrics regularly.
- Customer Engagement Strategy:



Support the team in understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Motivation & Retention: Maintain high team morale, motivate employees, and reduce attrition through engagement initiatives.
- Coordination with Management: Share regular updates, performance reports, and insights with senior management while aligning team efforts with company goals.
