We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of jewellery manufacturing machinery.

- Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
- Handle machine demos and explain machine operation to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service Coordinator for service requirements.
- Prepare service reports after customer visits.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Travel to customer locations as required.




- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Electrical & Electronics.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, relays, contactors, SMPS, VFD, control panels will be an advantage.
- Ability to read basic electrical wiring/control diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Practical, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
