- Tender Identification & Analysis:
- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities via portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state procurement boards, e-procurement sites).
- Analyze tender documents, terms and conditions, scope of work, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Documentation & Submission:
- Prepare complete tender submission packages, including technical bids, financial bids, statutory compliance documents, experience certificates, and bank guarantees/EMD.
- Ensure strict compliance with tender deadlines, formatting, and submission guidelines (both online uploads and hardcopy submissions).
- Inter-Departmental Coordination:
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, and Legal teams to gather cost estimates, technical datasheets, licenses, and product certifications.




- Resolve pre-bid queries with clients or government authorities.
- Post-Submission & Tracking:
- Track tender evaluation progress, reverse auction (RA) participation, and award notifications.
- Maintain a detailed tracker/database of all submitted tenders, won contracts, pending bids, and earnest money deposits (EMD) for timely refund processing

- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with GeM Portal, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and State e-Procurement portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document formatting/PDF tools.
- Knowledge of commercial terms, GST, EMD/Bank Guarantee processes, and statutory contract compliance.
