- Job Responsibilities:
- Daily site work supervision and labour management
- Handling rock drilling, rock anchoring, grouting and RCC cutting activities
- Monitoring work progress as per site requirement
- Maintaining safety and discipline at site
- Coordinating with engineers, operators and contractors
- Checking machine operation like compressor, drilling machine, wire saw etc.
- Maintaining daily work report, labour attendance and quantity details
- Ensuring timely completion of work
- Requirements:Experience in construction / drilling / anchoring work
- Ability to handle labour team independently
- Basic knowledge of civil drawings and measurements
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willing to travel for site work
- Preferred Experience:Rock drilling
- Rock anchoring
- RCC cutting
- Railway / infrastructure projects
