We are looking for passionate bakery professionals to join our Bread, Brownie & Pastry production team. You will help prepare high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and production standards.
?? Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and bake breads, brownies, and pastries following recipes
⚖️ Measure and mix ingredients accurately
? Monitor baking time, oven temperature, and product quality
? Assist in decorating and finishing pastry products
? Maintain food safety, hygiene, and clean workstations
? Work with chefs and team to meet daily production targets
? Qualifications
? Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts (preferred)
? Experience in bakery or pastry production is a plus
? Positive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
