An Interior Site Supervisor should have good knowledge of interior execution works including gypsum, carpentry, flooring, painting, glass, ACP and false ceiling; ability to read drawings and take site measurements; experience in managing labour and subcontractors; solid understanding of quality, line, level and finishing; ability to coordinate with architects, contractors and MEP teams; monitor materials, progress and wastage; resolve site issues; maintain daily reports; and have good communication, discipline, problem-solving and time-management skills
