Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Consultants to contribute to our international sales process. This role involves direct client engagement, lead generation, and consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through outbound calls and digital channels.
- Engage with potential clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Drive day-to-day sales closures while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs.

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales or an International BPO environment.
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in client handling, negotiation, and sales closures.
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours.
- A proactive approach with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
