- Overseeing team of inventory or warehouse employees.
- Managing inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Performing Quality Check of Shipments within given time frame as per the Company
- Grading items in every shipment as per their quality – Green, Orange, Red
- Keeping record of all the items in every shipment in systematic manner in Microsoft Excel as per the Company guidelines.
- Servicing of all defective and problematic items in a shipment in a timely manner and at lowest cost possible.
- Establishing tie-ups with respective brands for servicing of defective, problematic items which are under warranty, free of cost.
- Establishing tie-ups with Third party service providers for servicing out of warranty items.
- Evaluating deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Maintaining Warehouse hygiene, cleanliness and keeping all inventory in an organized manner.
- Maintaining hygiene of data stored physically as well as digitally.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Manages schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
- Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Performing B2B research,



activities and tie-ups to increase institutional sale and B2B sale.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
