- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, financial situation, and study preferences.
- Provide accurate guidance on UK universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities and courses.
- Handle the complete application process, from counselling to university admission.
- Guide students regarding CAS, financial documentation, visa documentation, and UK student visa requirements.
- Follow up with students throughout the application and visa process.
- Coordinate with university representatives and internal application teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing students.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and university events.
- Stay updated with changes in UK university admissions, visa policies, scholarships, and immigration requirements.
- Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in UK education counselling preferred.




- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admissions, and student visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and influencing abilities.
- Good counselling and student-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience with CRM or student application platforms will be an advantage.
