A reputed Builder & Real Estate Company is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join their finance and accounts team.

Position: Chartered Accountant

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall supervision of accounting and finance functions
- Preparation and review of financial statements and MIS
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
- Real estate project accounting and cost monitoring
- Project-wise profitability and cash-flow analysis
- Bank finance, CMA data and lender reporting
- Coordination with statutory/internal auditors and consultants
- Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting




- Compliance under Companies Act and applicable regulations

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA from ICAI
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Builder industry will be an advantage
- Good command over Excel, Tally/ERP and MIS reporting
- Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills
