About the Role
We are hiring experienced Contact Center Executives for an International Voice Process supporting Activation & Reactivation campaigns for NRI customers across the UAE, UK, and US. The role involves proactive outbound calling, customer onboarding, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Activation & Reactivation
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers for activation and reactivation campaigns.
- Re-engage customers who have been inactive for 60+ days.
- Assist customers who have signed up but have not completed their first transaction.
- Guide customers through digital onboarding, including NRE/NRO account opening and banking product activation.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Achieve campaign productivity and conversion targets.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines to maintain service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of Voice Process/BPO experience (Freshers are not eligible).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Versant Score 5–6 preferred (Higher scores are an advantage).
- Strong customer handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international customer support environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Basic Background Verification (BGV) clearance is mandatory.
