- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the Collective Wisdom App and its benefits.
- Generate interest and convert leads into paid subscribers.
- Explain subscription plans, features, offers and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant app features.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone/WhatsApp.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections related to subscription.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly subscription targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates.

- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
