Senior Sales Executive – Field Sales Farmharvest Sweetcorn Company: Farmharvest Location: Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur, Salem - Kongu Region Job Type: Full-time, Field Sales Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus Travel and Mobile Allowances About the Role Farmharvest is looking for an energetic, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our retail footprint across the Kongu region. You will be responsible for driving sales of Farmharvest sweetcorn products by onboarding and managing relationships with distributors, retail stores, and supermarket chains. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion Identify, pitch, and onboard distributors, stand-alone retail stores, and retail chains across Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur, Salem, and nearby territories. Relationship Management Maintain solid rapport with existing retail partners and distributors to ensure consistent orders and inventory movement. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with internal Operations, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and payment collections.



Field Reporting and Operations Submit daily field activity reports, update task management tools, and communicate actively via WhatsApp groups as per company protocols. Reporting Direct reporting to the Sales Manager with daily updates on visits, pipeline, and market feedback. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food products, or retail distribution Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across the Kongu region Vehicle: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler Tech Skills: Comfortable using smartphone applications, digital task management tools, and regular WhatsApp communication for daily operations Package and Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience Allowances: Additional Daily Travel Allowance and Mobile Allowance
