About the RoleJaypro Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential clients, explaining our construction and architectural services, and converting prospects into customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, references, local networking, and other sources.
- Visit potential clients and understand their construction, architecture, and design requirements.
- Explain Jaypro Infratech's services, pricing, and project offerings to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Coordinate with the architecture, design, and construction teams for client requirements.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.




- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting and talking with new people.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with local field travel in Patna.
