Location: Qazmi, Noida

Experience: 2–5 years | Industry: Women’s Ethnic Wear

We are looking for a proactive Production Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end production process for Qazmi’s ethnic-wear collections. The candidate will coordinate between design, sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare production plans, T&A;, and daily production trackers.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, fabric, trims, embroidery, and stitching requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure production timelines.
- Monitor WIP, production capacity, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Identify production delays and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate production and order documentation.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure products meet Qazmi’s quality and measurement standards.
- Track production costs, wastage, and material consumption.

Ideal Candidate: Solid follow-up and communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in women’s ethnic/fashion apparel production.
