- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Assist the HR team with other administrative tasks as required.
- RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
