About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & AI Video Creator who can produce engaging, high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing, brand campaigns, product promotions, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with hands-on experience using AI video creation and generative AI tools.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos and brand content.
- Develop videos using AI-based video generation, animation, voice-over and creative tools.
- Convert creative concepts, scripts and briefs into visually appealing videos.
- Use AI tools to generate video concepts, visuals, characters, animations, voiceovers and other creative assets.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics and visual effects.
- Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content and Creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video generation tools, editing trends and social media content formats.




- Suggest current and innovative ways to use AI to improve video quality and speed of content creation.
- Required Skills3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and basic graphic design.
- Good understanding of social media video formats, trends and audience engagement.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good to HaveExperience creating content for FMCG, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Food, Agriculture or D2C brands.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Experience with AI-generated voiceovers, avatars and text-to-video tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and performance-driven content.

EducationBachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related field will be preferred.

What We Are Looking ForA creative storyteller who is equally comfortable behind traditional editing software and contemporary AI tools, and can independently take a video from concept to final output.

Compensation: ₹4.8 – ₹5.0 LPA
