Roles and Responsibilities

Heading the entire plant quality assurance activities - includes , implementation and maintenance of QMS throughout the plant , Customer handling for quality related queries, regular customer visits , Customer complaint handling, Supplier audit, internal rejection reduction, incharge of COPQ, maintaining TS 16949 system, Customer audit, certification audits, NPD quality, PPAP, FMEA, CP, PFMEA, Poka yoke , setting up and training quality team, Supervising and reviewing daily activities of QMS, Preperation of annual budget for the dept and ensuring the compliance, managing the Quality lab , MSA, Gauge R&R; Cost saving, Kaizens, etc

Desired Candidate Profile

BE / B tech in mechanical from a tier 1 or tier 2 autocomponent manufacturing company

Key Skills *

1. Auto component manufacturing plant QMS
2. Certified internal auditor for TS 16949
3. Solid believer of QMS
4. Lead auditor in ISO / TS
5. MR of plant
