About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to join our client’s team in the financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, explaining financial products and services, generating interest, and following up with leads.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads for Mutual Fund and Stock Market investment services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about available financial products/services.
- Explain investment-related offerings in a clear and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with the concerned investment/relationship manager.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead and customer information in the company's system/CRM.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and investment team for successful lead conversion.
- Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Mutual Funds, Stock Market, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, banking, insurance, financial services, BPO, or sales will be preferred.
